Husky 26 inch 4 drawer roller cabinet Model# 2633BKCA4THD

A while ago I decided I needed more storage, after filling up my Husky 40 inch 10 drawer chest I purchased in 2013.  I was quickly looking for a roller cabinet to put under my work bench. At first I looked at the Husky 46 inch and 52 inch bottom roller. The 52 was no where to be found, they were cleared out a two years ago for 199. The 46 inch was available, but I would lose 6 inches of over all storage, and both of them were too tall to slide under my work bench, with out having to get smaller casters. I just didn’t want to hassle with changing casters, so I ended up getting (2) 26 inch Husky roller cabinets. They were on sale for $95.00 dollars and sort of matched my 40 inch Husky tool chest, the only difference was the chrome handles.

The construction of the roller cabinets is on par with Sears Craftsman lower end roller cabinets. The main difference from the craftsman is these have ball bearing slides and most of the lower end Craftsman has glide style slides. I would even bet on that they may be made by the same manufacture that makes the lower end Craftsman, because the main cabinet looks identical. The casters are just cheap metal brackets and plastic wheels.

After filling them up They slides roll just fine, not as smooth as the 40 inch Husky model, but they do a good job. The casters do a dissent job and two of them are lockable. You can also buy a bamboo wood top for them. All in all they do a great job, and sad to say, mine are almost full. They are rated for 50 pounds per drawer. And even when they are full, they still slide just fine.

All in all they are just OK, they do the job on a budget. For a homeowner, they will do just fine. So I do recommend them for home owners, but definitely not for a daily garage environment.
